ONLINE SHOE ORDERING PROCESS
STEP 1: PARENT PORTAL Log into your parent portal to view the correct style and color shoes your dancer has been sized for. Please pay close attention to the BRAND NAME of the shoe and the COLOR!
STEP 2: WEBSITE Visit www.curtaincallforclass.com
STEP 3: LOGIN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
- You will find the LOGIN TAB at upper right side of the screen.
- In order to log into your account you will need to enter the requested information listed under the PARENTS/STUDENTS section on the log in page.
- The first box is STUDIO NAME – enter: Heather’s Dance Inc. Then a drop-down box will appear. Click on that drop down so that it now shows Heather’s Dance Inc Knightdale in the Studio Name Box.
- In the STUDIO PASSPHRASE box enter: HeathersDance123
STEP 5: SHOE SELECTION PROCESS
- Under the HDI Logo you will see a green box that says “Select a class.” Click on the white drop box.
- After clicking on the drop box you will need to scroll through the different class options and SELECT the class that your dancer is enrolled in.
- After selecting your dancers class, click on “View.” The correct shoes your dancer will need for their specific class will be shown.
- Click on the pink box labeled “VIEW DETAILS.” This will prompt you to the page to make your color and size selection. (PLEASE NOTE: All Shoe Colors and Sizes are listed in your Parent Portal)
- Select your dancers SIZE and click “ADD TO CART”
STEP 6: CHECK OUT
- If your dancer needs to purchase additional shoes you would just need to click “CONTINUE SHOPPING.” This will take you back to the Shoe Selection page.
- Once you have added your dancers shoes to the “CART”, you will need to select the pink box labeled “CHECKOUT”
- After you have selected “CHECKOUT”, you will be asked to provide your email address for your order and select “SUBMIT”
STEP 7: SHIPPING
- Your dancers shoes will be shipped directly to your house.
- Under the “SHIPPING INFORMATION” box you will need to select “EDIT”. You will then enter your shipping information and press “SAVE”
STEP 8: BILLING INFORMATION
- Under the “BILLING INFORMATION” box you will need to select “EDIT”. You will then enter your billing information and press “SAVE”
